14th October 2007 Mt. Biking: Nant yr Arian Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: overcast Max Speed: Distance Covered: Rolled up to Nant and saw Al and Steve coming in from a ride and Anna and Morgan in the car park. Steve was ready for more action so headed out on a ride and Jules wentt off to the cafe with Anna, morgan and Al. We tried for the Summit trail but probably my fault but I didn't realise there was more than one blue marked out route and we ended up on a bridle route which took us down a long section of the continental route ;-) Any way very difficulty in places and a huge cross country ride followed, I thought we would get back to Borth if we carried on much longer. Luckily we met some local riders who piointed us in the direction of the fastest route back and ended up on a few good sections of another one of the trails. Who knows how many km we covered but all good fun and a great workout, sorry Jules! Went off to have a look at Devil falls before heading home. |
